Ann Caradonna, CCTI president, founded CCTI 18 years ago and contributes its growth to maintaining high standards of quality offerings, competitive pricing and personalized levels of service and integrity.

The key management and employees of CCTI will continue to manage the company under the umbrella of First Choice Holidays. Tim Webb, formerly Executive VP and General Manager, has been promoted to President and Cameron Akins has been appointed Director of Operations.

David Gillespie, First Choice Soft Adventure Division CEO, and former owner of Exodus, also manages US-based companies Adventure Center and Trek America, and several other companies worldwide which constitute the First Choice Soft Adventure Division.
