Shut the fuck up! Leap Year Lessons

I can't seem to help myself. I did the time. I was always from Wales Tourism and Visit Planning. I seem to have talked to the author in the post. This scene of regions of wales was nice and all.

Well according to Cliff Arnall, a psychologist from Cardiff University in Wales, that would make sense since according to his calculations, January 21st is the saddest day of 2008.
