St. Director of Tourism Since 1998 Mr. Peter Hilary Modeste has served, as the Director of Tourism of the St. Lucia Tourist Board. President of the St. Lucia Hotel & Tourism Association, Mr. Modeste has been employed within the tourism sector for a number of years. He was educated at the University of Wales and is married with three children. A former Minister of Education, Mr. Modeste has served on a number of national organizations including the St. Lucia Development Bank.

Reynolds oversees the creation and administration of company-wide human resources, training and development activities and programs for the global lodging and cruise operations of Carlson Hospitality Worldwide: Regent International Hotels, Radisson Hotels & Resorts, Country Inns & Suites By Carlson, Park Hospitality, Radisson Seven Seas Cruises, Carlson Vacation Ownership, Carlson Lifestyle Living, and Provisions, Carlson Hospitality`s worldwide procurement group.
Carlson Hospitality Worldwide owns, operates or franchises more than 1,530 hotel, resort, restaurant and cruise ship operations in 80 countries and is the only hospitality company that operates on all seven continents.
He has spent the past 15 years with Carlson Hospitality`s parent company Carlson Companies, Inc., and five of those years with sister company Carlson Marketing Group, prior to being promoted to his current position.
Reynolds leads the Carlson Hospitality Worldwide Human Resources Center of Excellence in its quest to enhance the performance capability and results of the organization by providing programs and services which enable and support people to achieve their highest potential. He is involved in strategy formation and implementation, and is a major driver and guardian of brand values and culture.
He also received the top Carlson employee recognition award - called the Carlson Fellow - for developing Country Culture, a five-step program in which Country Inns & Suites By Carlson employees are encouraged to grow within the company.
Heather often said this was the happiest time of her life, as she worked together with Frank to raise their adored children amidst endless piles of washing and drying, epic shopping trips to Colac, occasional medical emergencies, and welcome visits from family and friends such as Valda and Bob Moore, Ted and Nancy Glasson, John and Thelma Tetaz, June and Bill Riley and Marie and Rex Reynolds, and all their associated children, who still have fond memories of visiting the farm.
