St. Director of Tourism Since 1998 Mr. Peter Hilary Modeste has served, as the Director of Tourism of the St. Lucia Tourist Board. President of the St. Lucia Hotel & Tourism Association, Mr. Modeste has been employed within the tourism sector for a number of years. He was educated at the University of Wales and is married with three children. A former Minister of Education, Mr. Modeste has served on a number of national organizations including the St. Lucia Development Bank.

UK annual house price inflation rate for the 3 months to December 2005 was 2.2% and 1.4% in London. Regional data In the home countries, England, and Scotland saw rises in annual inflation in December, while inflation fell in Wales and Northern Ireland. The inflation rate in England rose from 1.4% in November to 2.1% in December and in Scotland rose from 8.3% to 10.9%. Over the same period, the inflation rate in Wales fell from 5.7% to 5.1% and in Northern Ireland the rate fell from 17.6% to 12.9%.
