Holiday In Wales Online Travel Corporation (OTC), the UK`s leading online travel wholesaler and retailer, has purchased one of the web`s leading accommodation companies All-Hotels Limited, operators of the leading Internet brand all-hotels.com, in a share deal worth up to £1.425m.
